A home made for your family by our family...
This 1250sq ft bilevel has been lovingly renovated by our crew of 4 teenagers. Yep, in the summer of 2025, we took on a family project. To restore a neglected bilevel (in a great neighbourhood) and turn it into a family getaway - bougie enough for grownups to enjoy, and unpretentious enough for kids to be kids in.
We did a complete demo, and slowly, our 3 sons and daughter worked their way through a rebuild. We’re pretty proud of their efforts and willingness to learn. It was made with love.
